Plymouth Whitemarsh High School History Club members visit PA Veterans Museum

The Plymouth Whitemarsh High School History Club made a little history of its own by taking its first-ever field trip to the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum in Media recently.

Students had the opportunity to talk with World War II veteran Ed Buffman and Vietnam veteran Dave Tatum. Mr. Tatum also led students on a tour of the museum, where they were able to try on Vietnam-era helmets, vests, and bags and walk through a variety of interactive exhibits.

Advisor Beth Brown said it was an unforgettable experience for club members, who enjoyed listening to stories from area veterans.
