Beyond the brochure: Two classes to help you prep for the holidays
Look beyond the brochure! We've added two classes to our fall session that will be perfect to experience just before the holidays: Build Your Own Charcuterie Board and Fabric Giftwrapping.
Make Your Own Charcuterie Board (offered on two separate nights - Oct. 17 and Nov. 14): In this hands-on class you will learn how to blend various meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables and gain a new perspective on entertaining. Learn how to create beautiful designs with every-day ingredients and how to cut and fold different ingredients to construct a board that will be a work of art. Participants will be provided with everything needed to build a board, as well as instructions for turning boards into a charcuterie cups. Lots of tips and tricks for entertaining will be discussed. Come ready to up your entertaining game!
Fabric Giftwrapping (offered on two separate nights - Oct. 23 and Nov. 20): Make a statement when you give your next gift by learning how to wrap it in fabric and decorate it with other materials like ribbon, beads, faux flowers, or other crafting items. During class, participants will learn how to use pieces of fabric to wrap gifts for a stunning presentation that is also eco-friendly. Participants may bring their own gift to wrap or use a sample box. Participants may also bring their own fabric and materials, but there will be fabric available for purchase the night of class at an additional cost of $5 to $15, depending on the size. Please be prepared to pay the instructor if you do not bring your own materials.
